What we work on
Most of our days are spent on the jobs every garage door eventually needs: broken springs, frayed cables, rollers off the track, openers that hum without moving, and sensors knocked out of line. We also install new doors, from standard steel to insulated, carriage house, glass and wood, plus wind-rated doors for the coastal counties. On the commercial side we work on sectional and rolling steel doors, operators, dock equipment and fire door testing. The services page lists all 33 jobs.

The call

The look
On site we test the door's balance by hand and check springs, cables, rollers, tracks and the opener.

We explain what failed and what it costs before any work starts, and price a replacement too if it is worth considering.
The work
Worn parts come off, matched parts go on, springs are sized to the door's real weight.
The test
Balance, auto-reverse and full cycles with you watching, and the old parts are cleared away.

Our service office is at 6641 Theall Rd, Houston, TX 77066, among the industrial flex buildings off Theall Road between SH 249 and US 290. Jobs across the north and northwest side are scheduled from there. Our head office is in Pearland, at Pearland, Texas 77584, closer to the south side and Brazoria County. Both offices share one phone number.
