Short answer
Spring is a census-designated place of 62,559 people (2020), but the name covers a much larger area of northern Harris County and southern Montgomery County. Our service office on Theall Road sits a short drive southwest, and the same phone line covers every Spring address on either side of the county line.

Older subdivisions have doors on their second or third set of springs; newer streets have builder doors reaching their first spring failure.
The original town, now Old Town Spring, sits at Spring-Cypress and Hardy roads, where restored houses became a shopping district from 1980. Most of our Spring calls come from the subdivisions around it rather than the old town itself: snapped springs, cables off their drums, and openers that need replacing after one too many storm-season power cuts.
Because Spring is unincorporated, mailing addresses do not always tell you which county you are in. It makes no difference to us; the same line and the same office cover both sides.
